Frequently Asked Questions
What if it rains?
The event is weathering permitting. This is a fundraiser for Friends of the Arboretum. No Refunds. General policy is that all events are held rain or shine, with the exception of severe/dangerous conditions.
Guest safety is our primary concern.
When severe weather conditions exist, we may choose to delay or cancel the event. If a weather-related delay is needed during an event, we will communicate decisions to guests via public address system, event staff & volunteers, and social media.
Guests may be asked to evacuate the event. When and if the event reopens, it will be determined on a case by case scenario depending on time of day, weather forecast, and whether the venue is deemed safe.
Can I get a refund?
No, sorry, no refunds. You are free to give your tickets to a friend or neighbor.
Could tickets sell out?
Yes they could. In order to maintain guest experience we limit tickets sales. Long lines at a party don’t sound like much fun, and we want you to have a good time.
Do you offer group rates?
No we do not. We do offer discounts for Friends of the Arboretum members.
What should I wear?
Be comfortable. We call it garden casual. Remember, we are outside and some of the ground is uneven, so thin heels might not be a good choice.
What do I need to bring to the event?
Your ticket; we prefer a paper copy of your ticket to easy entry, but the ticket on your phone is just fine as well. It will have a qr code for us to scan. A valid federal or state issued ID that is current. Attendees that do not have their ticket and their ID will not be permitted into the event, no refunds will be given.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
