Enduring Impact Fund
The Vicki Mathews Lilly Enduring Impact Fund is established within the Arts & Recreation Foundation of Overland Park to celebrate Vicki Lilly's dedicated service to Overland Park. Since 1988, Vicki has shaped the cultural and recreational landscape of our community—first as an Overland Park Arts Commissioner, then as board member, President and Executive Director of the Arts & Recreation Foundation of Overland Park (ARFOP). From signature community events like Stems: A Garden Soirée at the Arboretum and Night of the Living Farm at Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead to the Arboretum’s LongHouse visitor center and the Farmstead’s Draft Horse Depot, Vicki’s hard work and passion is evident.
She has left a lasting legacy in our community—one built on service, dedication, and a deep commitment to continued opportunity and improvement. This fund will honor her visionary leadership and her commitment to the Foundation's efforts to support the Parks and Recreation Department’s ambitious goals, ensuring vibrant destinations and impactful community experiences.
