Greeter Training

GeoKids is a fun-filled activity consisting of a brief classroom presentation on maps, directions and how to use a compass, geared for young participants ages 7-11. Beautiful Natural Trails at the Overland Park Arboretum

Legacy of Greenery Sapling Giveaway

The Legacy of Greenery Committee and Arboretum volunteers will be handing out free tree and shrub seedlings to visitors while supplies last. All species of trees and shrubs will be bare root and come with instructions on planting and maintenance. There is a mix of deciduous and evergreen trees and a few shrubs for those of you without space for a new tree. No registration or admission fee required.

Make a Gourd Birdhouse Class

GeoKids is a fun-filled activity consisting of a brief classroom presentation on maps, directions and how to use a compass, geared for young participants ages 7-11.
