Parking & Carpooling

Being such a popular event, ride-sharing is never a bad idea! Paved parking is available on a first come, first served basis. If room is no longer available in our main lot, you will be directed to overflow parking lots including across the street at Wolf Creek Elementary where shuttle service will be provided. Handicap parking is available in the main lot.

Weather Policy

Terra Luna is held rain or shine, with the exception of severe/dangerous conditions. Guest safety is our primary concern. When severe weather conditions exist, we may choose to delay or cancel the event. Keep an eye on your email (check junk, spam, and Promotions folders) if the weather looks unfavorable! If a weather-related delay is needed during an event, we will communicate decisions to guests via public address system, event staff & volunteers, and social media. Guests may be asked to evacuate the event. When and if the event reopens will be determined on a case by case scenario depending on time of day, weather forecast, and whether the venue is deemed safe. We will share additional details, including rainout dates, as needed.

Accessibility & Special Needs

Visitors of all ages and abilities are welcome! The event is wheelchair accessible – pathways are paved and ADA compliant, but be aware that while low lighting visibility and slight inclines may pose challenges, it is generally accessible. The walk-through experience is about a mile long, with easy walking/light hiking and lots to see and do. No strobe lights will be used in this performance. Strollers are best left at home due to the challenges of navigating crowds. No pets allowed, with the exception of registered service animals.

Crowd Etiquette

Terra Luna lovers know that it draws quite a crowd! If you choose to take photos and video during the experience, please be considerate to continue moving forward to keep the path clear and flowing. If you’d like to linger at a particular performance, you’re welcome to pull off to the side of the path to avoid obstructing traffic.

By entering the event premises, you consent to your image and likeness being used and published, without compensation, for advertising and promotional purposes.
