    T'ai Chi Chih is Joy thru Movement! Combining T'ai Chi Chih with the natural beauty of the Arboretum will allow the class participant to feel more connected to earth, to your own essence and to others around you. These outdoor classes at the water's edge are very peaceful. This series teaches all 19 movements.
