The Candlelight Stroll is a unique opportunity for adults to enjoy the quiet and serenity of the Arboretum after dark during the holiday season.

Many people have asked for a “Date Night” version of the Luminary Walk.

We are pleased to announce that on Thursday, December 3rd, the new “Candlelight Stroll” is for those looking for a quieter Luminary Walk that still features the glow of candles through the woods, dazzling light displays, and the enchanting gnome houses but without musicians, wagon rides, or children. It will be the ideal wintry date night – or "friends night out" – much more peaceful than the exuberant family-fun atmosphere of the traditional Friday and Saturday night Luminary Walks.

There will even be wine and hot adult beverages for sale. (Must be 21 to purchase.)

We invite those with kiddos to attend the traditional Luminary Walk with musicians and wagon rides and the excitement of a family-oriented holiday event on Friday and Saturday nights, November 27 – December 12.

In consideration of COVID precautions, the number of attendees will be limited so that guests can remain socially distant from others not in their group.

Tickets are sold for entry within a selected half-hour timeframe (5:00-5:30, 5:30-6:00, etc.). Plan to arrive at the Arboretum during that time.

To protect all guests as well as our volunteers, masks must be worn through the entrance to the Candlelight Stroll. Once inside when social distance is maintained, masks are optional.
